Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OzStaff (the "Platform"), operated by OZBEAT AI GROUP PTY LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform at https://ozstaff.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. The Service

OzStaff is an AI-powered platform for content creation, social media management, audience engagement, personal life assistance, and related workflows. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

The Platform is offered in plans: Family (one personal life assistant for home and lifestyle scenarios), Business (multiple work assistants with the full feature set), and Enterprise (custom, under a separate signed agreement). Features available to you depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You may register with an email address (verified by a one-time code) or by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful purposes
Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (e.g. X/Twitter)
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code
Resell or provide the Platform to third parties without our written consent
Upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights

4. Connected Accounts

The Platform may connect to third-party services using credentials you provide. You authorise us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you remain responsible for complying with those platforms' own terms. You may disconnect at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by our AI features ("AI Output") may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI Output before publishing it. You own your inputs and the AI Output generated for you, subject to applicable third-party model terms.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Platform ("Customer Data"). You grant us a licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Platform. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and Billing

Each plan requires a one-time setup fee, shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Usage of AI features is metered in credits: you purchase credit packs in advance, and each action deducts credits at the price displayed in the app at the time of that action. Optional knowledge-base subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Voice is an optional feature. If you purchase a voice subscription, it renews monthly until cancelled, and unused monthly minutes expire at the end of each billing period. One-time voice top-up packs are valid for the period shown at checkout (for example 90 days) and unused minutes expire at the end of that period. All displayed prices include applicable GST for Australian customers; overseas customers may not be charged GST, and any tax required by law is calculated and shown at checkout.

Credits granted to your account at no charge (for example, sign-up or card-verification bonuses) are valid for a limited time, as shown in the app at the time of grant. When granted credits expire, only the granted portion is removed; credits you purchased remain valid indefinitely. You will be notified before granted credits expire.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software and branding, is owned by OZBEAT AI GROUP PTY LTD. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the Platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination, unless required by law to retain it.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI Output will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
